  • Machines taken back in trade must be eligible models. See list above.
  • Sales must be made between October 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008, 3 pm EST.
  • Limited to one trade-in rebate per trade-in model listed above (Model, make and serial number of trade up printer required).
  • Canon requires that: "The traded-in model must be removed from the customer's location."
  • Returned machines are not eligible for program.
  • Customer agrees to submit a correct serial number and model information of a qualifying trade-in printer at time of purchase and also agrees that only one Canon rebate will be allowed per unique approved printer being traded-in and that incorrectly supplied serial numbers and/or the multiple use of a serial number will nullify the CanonTrade-In Rebate.
  • Canon U.S.A., Inc. has the right to verify proof of purchase and serial numbers of trade-in units.
  • Canon reserves the right to alter, amend or end this promotion without notice.
  • Offer valid for legal residents of the 50 (fifty) United States and Washington D.C. only and limited to addresses within the United States. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
  • Rebate offer may not be assigned or transferred.
  • Customer assumes all shipping and transfer costs associated to the removal of the traded-in printer.
  • Allow up to 30 days for rebate to be mailed
